Depression is a never ending black hole ...

This must be how it feels when I see those empty eyes staring back at me. A black hole weighing them down, on the edge of falling.

  1. This post is short, but very powerful. It describes depression as feeling like a “never ending black hole,” heavy and overwhelming. The image of “empty eyes” captures how hopelessness can feel — as if you’re stuck, always on the edge of falling.

If you read this and relate, you don’t have to face it alone. Speaking to someone who really understands can help. If you’re in Dallas, a psychiatrist in Dallas TX might be someone you can reach out to for support.
